Arrow Electromagnetic Door Holder - Concealed
Aside from the inclusion of an Electromagnetic Door Closer, the use of an Electromagnetic Door Holder is the only safe and legally compliant way (with respect to ADM and BS 8300) to hold fire doors open within a building.
The Electromagnetic Wall Magnet is linked directly to the buildings Fire Detection System so that in the event of a fire, all doors are automatically released from the hold open position and free to close to prevent the spread of flame and smoke throughout the building.
